摘要
目的:探析1型慢性鼻窦炎进行低温等离子术与桉柠蒎联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年3月-2018年3月收治的1型慢性鼻窦炎患者90例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组45例,研究组进行低温等离子术与桉柠蒎联合治疗,对照组进行鼻镜下鼻窦手术治疗,比较两组临床效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为2.2%,低于对照组的22.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1型慢性鼻窦炎进行低温等离子与桉柠蒎联合治疗,临床效果确切,可促进患者迅速康复,术后并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination of low-temperature plasma and Eucalyptus in type 1 chronic rhinorrhea.Method:A total of 90 patients with chronic sinusitis treated from March 2014 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,45 cases in each group.The research group adopted hypothermy plasma combined with Eucalyptus,the control group adopted the rhinoscope sinus surgery.The clinical effect and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effective rate of research group(93.3%)was significantly higher than that of control group(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of research group(2.2%)was significantly lower than that of control group(22.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of type 1 chronic sinusitis with low-temperature plasma and Eucalyptus has definite clinical effect,can promote the rapid recovery of patients,and has fewer postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
