摘要
目的:观察铁筷子醇提物对心肌缺血影响,初步探索铁筷子醇提物对于心肌的保护作用。方法:以高脂饲料+维生素D2+盐酸异丙肾上腺素造模,雄性SD大鼠36只随机分成空白组、模型组、阳性组、铁筷子醇提物高、中、低剂量组,HE染色法检测心肌组织的病理变化情况,血清血脂四项检测,Elisa试剂盒检测大鼠CK-MM、CK-MB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-18。结果:心肌组织HE染色提示:与正常组相比,模型组与给药组心肌细胞都出现了不同程度的血管充血、出血、间质水肿、炎症细胞浸润,其中高剂量组心肌损伤最轻。结果显示:与模型组比,给药组和阳性组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C表达降低(P<0.05)有统计学意义。血清心肌酶结果显示,与模型组比,正常组及给药组CK-MM,CK-MB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-18表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:铁筷子醇提物对大鼠心肌缺血所造成的心肌损伤具有保护作用,并且能改善心肌供血,降低血清中血脂、炎症因子、血清酶的表达其机制可能与减低血脂有关。
Objective To observe the effect of iron chopstick alcohol extract on myocardial ischemia and the protective effect of iron chopstick alcohol extract on myocardium.Methods High fat forage+vitamin D2+isopropyl adrenaline hydrochloride building,36 male SD rats randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive,iron chopsticks alcohol extraction of high,medium and low dose group,HE staining method to detect the pathological changes of the myocardial tissue,serum lipid four tests,Elisa kits rats CK-MM,CK-MB,TNF alpha,IL-6,IL-18.Results HE staining of myocardial tissue suggested that,compared with the normal group,myocardial cells in the model group and the administration group showed different degrees of vascular congestion,bleeding,interstitial edema and inflammatory cell infiltration,among which the myocardial injury was the least in the high-dose group.The results showed that,compared with the model group,the expressions of TC,TG,hdl-c and ldl-c in the drug administration group and the positive group were decreased(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Serum myocardial enzyme results showed that,compared with the model group,the expressions of ck-mm,ck-mb,tnf-alpha,il-6 and il-18 in the normal group and the administration group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion the alcohol extract of iron chopsticks has protective effect on myocardial injury caused by myocardial ischemia in rats,and can improve myocardial blood supply.
