基于红外技术的沥青路面积水结冰厚度测试方法与影响因素 被引量:6

摘要 为了检测路面安全状况,提出了一种基于红外技术的沥青路面积水结冰厚度测试方法.采用红外发光二极管和光电三极管集成制作了收发一体的光电传感器,实现了对路面干燥和潮湿状态的判断以及积水深度和结冰厚度的量化检测,并从环境温度、光照强度、泥水质量比、试件空隙率和路表纹理构造等方面分析了其影响规律.研究结果表明,取显著水平α=0.05,环境温度、光照强度和泥水质量比对输出电压无显著影响,试件空隙率和路表纹理构造则对输出电压有显著影响.利用开发的传感器和所提测试方法,能够显著区分不同空隙率和路表纹理下路面积水深度和结冰厚度,为实际工程应用提供参考. In order to detect the safety condition of pavement,a method for asphalt pavement hydrops and icing thickness detection based on infrared technology was proposed.A photoelectric sensor integrated with infrared light-emitting diodes and photoelectric triodes was developed to judge the dry and wet conditions of the road surface and quantitatively detect the hydrops and icing thickness.The influence of the temperature,the light intensity,the slurry water mass ratio,the volume of air voids and the texture structure of surface were also analyzed.The results show that the temperature,the light intensity and the slurry water mass ratio have no significant effect on the output voltage when the significance levelαis 0.05.However,the output voltage is greatly affected by the volume of air voids and the texture structure of the specimen.The developed sensor and the proposed test method can distinguish pavement hydrops and icing thickness with different volumes of air voids and texture structures,which can provide reference for practical engineering application.
