摘要
目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在健康教育方面实施清单管理的作用。方法选择在该院进行治疗的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究样本,其住院时间均在2017年8月-2018年8月之间,采取随机排列表法将其分成常规组及研究组,各60例。予以研究组患者清单管理式健康教育,予以常规组患者基础教育。对比两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况以及护理服务满意度。结果研究组与常规组健康教育知识总掌握率分别是98.33%、80.00%(P<0.05);研究组与常规组护理服务总满意率分别是96.67%、76.67%(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性阻塞性肺疾患者者清单管理式健康教育方式,可帮助患者有效掌握健康教育知识,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the role of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the implementation of inventory management in health education. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in the hospital were selected as study samples. The hospitalization time was between August 2017 and August2018. They were randomly divided into routine and study groups, each group of 60 cases. The study group’s patient with list management type health education;and the routine group with basic education;compare the health knowledge of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction of nursing services. Results The total mastery rate of health education knowledge between the study group and the routine group was 98.33% and 80.00%(P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the nursing group in the study group and the routine group was 96.67% and 76.67%(P<0.05). Conclusion The management of list management health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can help patients to effectively master health education knowledge and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
