摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳的方法对大仓鼠(Cricetulus triton)消化系统中的SOD、EST和AMY3种酶的酶谱进行分析。结果表明,大仓鼠消化系统中共分离出SOD1~SOD11、电泳迁移率0.909~0.023的11条谱带;共分离出EST1~EST12、电泳迁移率0.742~0.188的12条谱带;共分离出AMY1~AMY8、电泳迁移率0.564~0.154的8条谱带。大仓鼠消化系统中SOD、EST和AMY 3种酶均有表达,组织内和组织间谱带的表达强度和活性均有差异,并存在明显的组织特异性。
To provide basic research data for big hamster(Cricetulus triton) experimental animal research and pest control.The enzyme profiles of SOD, EST and AMY in digestive system of hamster were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. Results showed that eleven bands of SOD1~SOD11 and electrophoretic mobility of 0.909~0.023 were isolated from the digestive system of hamsters;twelve bands of EST1~EST12 and electrophoretic mobility of 0.742~0.188 were isolated.eight spectral bands of EST1 ~EST11 and electrophoretic mobility of 0.564 ~0.154 were isolated. The three enzymes SOD, EST and AMY were expressed in the digestive system of hamster, and the expression intensity and activity of tissue and intertissue bands were different, with obvious tissue specificity.
