摘要
目前国际标准以及国内标准所阐述的氙灯老化试验箱需要控制多种环境因素,由于多因素相互制约干扰,所以控制难度较大,比传统的恒温恒湿箱、热老化箱等复杂很多。根据ISO 4892-2、GB/T 16422.2等标准要求,试验条件包括光照、黑暗、淋雨,控制因素包括辐照度、黑板/黑标温度、测试室温度、相对湿度等。对不同条件下多种因素进行控制,难度较大,这就是GB/T 16422.2颁布之后国产设备普遍无法达标的主要原因。目前此类国产设备存在的主要问题有:(1)多因素控制不理想,部分因素控制得不好,甚至不可控;(2)在温湿度箱基础上改造而成,没有掌握核心的辐照度控制技术,辐照度控制不稳定,甚至不可控;(3)没有配套的校准仪,无法保证试验数据的准确性。本文详细阐述针对多因素的控制机制以及软硬件解决方案,实现符合标准要求的对应设备。
The aging test box for xenon lamp described in the current international standards and domestic standards needs to control a variety of environmental factors.Because of multiple factors and mutual interference,the control is more difficult,and it is much more complicated than the traditional constant temperature and humidity box and heat aging box.According to the requirements of ISO 4892-2,GB/T 16422.2 and other standards,the test conditions include light,darkness and rain,control factors include irradiance,blackboard/black standard temperature,test room temperature,relative humidity and so on.It is difficult to control a variety of factors under different conditions.This is the main reason why domestic equipment is generally unable to meet the standards after the promulgation of GB/T 16422.2.At present,the main problems of such domestic equipment are:(1)Multi-factor control is not ideal,some factors are not well controlled,and even uncontrollable.(2)It is transformed on the basis of temperature and humidity box.The core irradiance control technology is not mastered,and the irradiance control is unstable or even uncontrollable.(3)There is no matching calibrator,and the accuracy of the test data cannot be guaranteed.This article details the control mechanisms and hardware and software solutions for multiple control factors.Implement corresponding equipment that meets the requirements of the standard.
