摘要 为解决传统阳极氧化温度范围偏窄的问题,本文介绍了一种宽温硫酸阳极氧化槽液体系,通过对2219、2A14、5A06三种材料在不同温度条件下的阳极氧化处理,对槽液体系中的硫酸含量和添加剂含量进行了优化,并通过系列试验研究得到了不同阳极氧化温度时适用的工艺参数。结果表明,以酒石酸钾钠含量为50 g/L,硫酸含量为160~200 g/L构成的宽温阳极氧化槽液体系,可以满足5~35℃槽液温度条件下,铝合金阳极氧化膜层耐腐蚀性能要求。 To solve the problem of narrow temperature range of traditional anodization,an anodizing bath system at wide temperature was introduced in this paper. The anodizing tests of three material including 2219,2 A14,5 A06 under various temperatures were completed,sulfuric and additive content in bath system were optimized,applicable process parameters at different anodizing temperatures were obtained through a series of experiments.The results show that wide-temperature anodizing tank liquid system with potassium sodium tartrate content of 50 g/L and sulfuric acid content of 160-200 g/L,it can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance of aluminium alloy anodic coating at 5-35 ℃ bath temperature.
