摘要
目前,扩大客源市场和增强节庆活动认知度是节庆旅游发展中需要解决的迫切问题,而了解游客在节庆活动中的情感倾向至关重要。以故宫上元灯会的微博评论文本数据为样本,基于情感词典分析法,对在线评论文本进行情感打分及情感倾向的判断,并对其进行时空规律的分析。研究发现:(1)新浪微博用户对“故宫上元灯会”节庆活动的举办主要呈现正向情感,在时间序列上情感强度随着时间推移不断减弱;(2)在空间序列上,情感强度呈现出“近京性”特征,且具有“东强西弱”的空间分异格局,自东部和中部部分省域沿四周地区逐渐减弱。基于研究发现为旅游目的地举办节庆活动提出了管理建议。
Under the background of the continuous development of the tourism industry,festival tourism has gradually become one of the highlights of promoting the growth of China's tourism consumption.At present,expanding the tourist market and enhancing the awareness of festival activities is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the development of festival tourism,and it is important to understand the emotional tendency of tourists in festivals.Taking the microblog commentary text data of the Lantern Festival in the Forbidden City as a sample and based on the analysis method of emotion dictionary,this study judges the online review texts emotionally and analyzes the temporal and spatial rules,witch found that:(1)Sina microblog users mainly present positive emotions to the“Forbidden City Lantern Festival”,and the emotional intensity decreases with the passage of time;(2)in terms of the spatial sequence,the emotional intensity presents the characteristics of“near Beijing”and has a spatial differentiation pattern of“strong in east and weak in west”,which gradually weakens along the surrounding areas from the eastern and central provinces.Based on the findings of the study,management Suggestions are put forward for holding festival activities in tourist destinations.
