摘要
通过对联合作战兵力的合理选取和配置,在满足作战需要的基础上,实现作战资源消耗的优化是联合作战筹划要解决的重点问题。在规范交战模式和兵力势能的基础上,提出了基于资源约束的联合作战兵力势比模型,并提出了基于Matlab动态规划的模型求解方法。应用案例结果表明,该模型和方法能够较好地解决联合作战兵力规划问题。
On the basis of meeting the operational needs,how to select and deploy joint operation force reasonably in order to realize the optimization of the operational resource consumption is the key issue in the joint operation planning.On the basis of normal operational pattern and force potential energy,this paper gave a joint operation force potential energy ration model based on resource constraints,and proposed a solution method based on Matlab dynamic planning.The application case showed that the model and method could solve the joint operation force planning problem.
