摘要
目的:探讨克霉唑栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的240例VVC患者作为研究对象。应用抽签法将研究对象分为研究组、对照1组、对照2组,分别给予克霉唑栓、盐酸特比萘酚阴道泡腾片、硝呋太尔制霉素栓治疗,比较三组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.25%,与对照1组、对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为1.25%,均低于对照1组的10.00%、对照2组的11.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照1组和对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:克霉唑栓、盐酸特比萘酚阴道泡腾片、硝呋太尔制霉素栓治疗VVC效果相似,但克霉唑栓安全性最高,具有推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Clotrimazole Suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC). Method: A total of 240 patients with VVC were randomly divided into the study group, the control group 1 and the control group 2. Three groups of patients were given Clotrimazole Suppository, Terbinaphine Hydrochloride Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Nifuratel Saponin Suppository. The overall treatment effect, the incidence of adverse reactions ofthe three groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.25%, which was not significantly different from that in the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.25%, which was significantly lower than 10.00% in the control group 1 and 11.25% in the control group 2, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05). Conclusion: Clotrimazole Suppository, Terbinaphine Hydrochloride Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Nifuratel Saponin Suppository have similar effects on VVC. But Clotrimazole suppository has the highest safety and has the promotion value.
