IgG4相关性胆管炎的CT和MRI影像学表现 被引量：2

摘要 目的IgG4相关性胆管炎(IAC)的电子计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)影像学表现。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月南阳市第二人民医院收治的28例经病理证实的IAC患者,均接受CT、MRI检查。统计CT、MRI检查结果。结果经CT检查,26例IAC患者胆管管腔头段狭窄,2例肝门部胆管管腔狭窄,表现为肝内外胆管增厚、呈弥漫性,且增厚部位与狭窄部位无显著相关性。经MRI检查,T 2WI序列呈低信号者18例,呈等信号者10例,19例合并门脉期、动脉期及延迟期强化。结论IAC患者的CT、MRI对胆管壁增厚、胆管狭窄的影像学表现一致。
