摘要
本论文采用交联聚合的方法,即在碱性条件下,将β-环糊精固体粉末作为单体,环氧氯丙烷作为交联剂,氢氧化钠溶液作为溶剂,制备了一种β-环糊精多孔聚合物,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)对所制备聚合物的形貌和结构进行了表征,同时对表征结果进行了比对和分析。并采用核孔过滤的方法对多孔β-环糊精聚合物的封堵性能进行了测试,研究了该体系的交联剂用量、体系浓度以及水化时间对产物封堵性能的影响。当环氧氯丙烷交联剂的加量在0.05%左右时多孔β-环糊精的封堵性能最好;当体系水化时间超过25h后,该体系的封堵性能会大幅度下降。
In this thesis,a cross-linked polymerization method was used.β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)was used as a monomer,epichlorohydrin was used as a cross-linking agent,and sodium hydroxide solution was used as a solvent to prepare a porous under alkaline conditions.--cyclodextrin polymer.The composition,morphology and structure of the prepared polymer were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results were analyzed.The plugging performance of porous β-cyclodextrin polymer was tested by nuclear pore filtration method.The effects of cross-linking agent dosage,system concentration and hydration time on the plugging performance of the product were studied.When the amount of epichlorohydrin cross-linking agent is about 0.05%,the blocking performance of porous β-cyclodextrin is the best;When the hydration time of the system exceeds 25h,the plugging performance of the system will be greatly reduced.
