摘要
随着环境影响评价和应急预案编制的严格化、具体化,环境风险评估显得更加重要。传统上的风险评估主要涵盖了大气和水,但是对固体废物及其运输过程的考虑稍显薄弱,通过参考安全评估及道路运输管理的要求,将完善人员、运输方面管控和企业综合管理纳入医疗废物处置企业的环境风险评估中,尽可能将企业的环境风险降到最低。
The more strict of environmental impact assessment and the more exhaustive of emergency response planning,environmental risk assessment becomes more important.The traditional risk assessment mainly covers atmosphere and water,but the companies’problems of solid waste and its transportation process is weak.By referring to the requirements of safety assessment and transport management,we join the controlling of personnel and transport management into the risk assessment to reduce the environmental risks of the companies as much as possible.
