摘要
档案管理对高职院校的发展有着重要的作用,但是目前许多高职院校对档案管理信息化建设都没有给予足够的重视,导致档案管理工作出现了诸多问题,对高职院校发展造成了一定阻碍。基于此,本文从档案管理工作的要点出发,对高职院校档案管理信息化建设现存的问题进行了分析,然后结合大数据时代下的数据处理特征,提出了几点推进高职院校档案管理信息化建设工作的实际策略。
Archives management plays an important role in the development of vocational colleges, but at present,many vocational colleges do not pay enough attention to the information construction of archives information management, resulting in a lot of problems in archives management, and this hinders the development of vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper starts from the key points of archives management, and analyzes the existing problems of archives management information construction in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the characteristics of data processing in the era of big data, it puts forward several practical strategies to promote archives management information construction in higher vocational colleges.
