摘要
基于大连中远海运重工建造的深水海洋支持船项目,介绍以变频推进马达、减速齿轮箱、轴系和定距螺旋桨为一套主推进装置的双轴系电力推进系统的设计特点,及其独特的外置组合型(共4段)的艉管设计和轴承顶举系统,以满足DP3动力定位要求的全转速运行。并对此型艉管及轴系的安装工艺要点进行总结和研究,为行业内其他同类项目的设计和建造提供了宝贵经验。
Based on the subsea support vessel project which built in COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry(Dalian),it introduces the twin screw electrical main propulsion systems’design features which combined the frequency controlled propulsion motor,speed reduction gearbox,shaft line and fixed pitch propeller as one of the main propulsion systems,and its special outboard combined type(total 4 sections)stern tubes design as well as the bearings jacking up system,in order to fulfill the DP3 dynamic positioning required full speed running.Also it summarizes and researches the installation procedure’s key points of this type stern tubes and shaft line,providing the precious experience for other similar marine projects’design and construction.
