甲状腺叶全切与次全切治疗甲状腺结节的效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较甲状腺叶全切与次全切治疗甲状腺结节的效果。方法:选取68例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各34例。对照组给予甲状腺叶单侧或双侧全切手术治疗,观察组给予甲状腺叶单侧或双侧次全切手术治疗,比较两组手术情况、血钙浓度、甲状旁腺激素浓度、甲状腺功能及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组血钙和甲状旁腺激素及甲状腺功能指标水平均明显优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺叶单侧或双侧次全切手术治疗甲状腺结节患者的效果优于甲状腺叶单侧或双侧全切手术治疗效果。
