摘要
在分析调速理论和控制理论的基础上,提出将交流变频调速和PID控制技术应用于提升机电气系统改造中的思路,并完成了对两项关键技术参数的选型设计。改造后取得了较好的节能效果。
On the basis of analyzing the theory of speed regulation and control theory,the idea of applying AC frequency conversion speed regulation and PID control technology to the transformation of electric system of hoist is put forward,and the selection design of two key technical parameters is completed.Finally,the reformed electrical control system is applied to the actual production,and good energy saving effect is obtained.
