摘要
综合机械化放顶煤开采方式由于其开采强度大、采空区面积大、冒落的煤岩多的特性,更容易导致上隅角瓦斯超限,基于此,采用CFD软件Fluent模拟比较了工作面在不同通风系统(U型、U+L型、Y型)下的采空区瓦斯分布规律,分析了不同的通风系统在上隅角瓦斯超限治理的优劣性。结果表明,采用Y型通风瓦斯浓度增加较为平缓,瓦斯浓度到采空区深度150 m处仅0.1%,说明Y型通风是目前预防和治理上隅角瓦斯超限最为有效的通风系统。
Comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining method is more likely to lead to gas overrun in upper corner because of its large mining intensity,large goaf area and falling coal and rock.based on this,CFD software Fluent is used to simulate and compare the gas distribution law in goaf of working face under different ventilation systems(U type,U L type,Y type),and the advantages and disadvantages of different ventilation systems in gas overrun control in upper corner are analyzed.The results show that the gas concentration of Y-type ventilation is increased slowly,and only 0.1%at the depth of 150 m in the goaf,which indicates that Y-type ventilation is the most effective ventilation system to prevent and control the gas overrun in the upper corner at present.
