摘要
为了探究不同氮肥用量下硝化抑制剂双氰胺和木醋液对菜地土壤N2O排放的影响,采用室内培养的方式,测定200,400 kg/hm^2氮肥用量下菜地耕层土壤施加双氰胺和木醋液后N2O的排放通量和累积排放量。结果表明,200 kg/hm^2氮肥处理的N2O累积排放量较对照提高了9.3倍,达到539.04 ng/m2;双氰胺处理的N2O累积排放量为20.3 ng/m^2,较氮肥处理降低了96.3%;木醋液处理的N2O累积排放量为549.31 ng/m^2,较氮肥处理提升了1.8%。400 kg/hm^2氮肥处理的N2O累积排放量为43.5 ng/m^2,双氰胺处理的N2O累积排放量较氮肥处理降低了12.9%,木醋液处理的N2O累积排放量较氮肥处理提升37.3%。菜地土壤中氮肥的施用在一定程度上会促进土壤N2O的排放,但过高的氮肥用量会抑制土壤N2O的排放。双氰胺在不同氮肥用量的菜地土壤中均能降低N2O的排放通量和累积排放量,而木醋液会少量提升菜地土壤N2O的累积排放量。
To explore the influence of nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide(DCD)and wood vinegar on the N2O emission of vegetable soil under different nitrogen fertilizer dosage,the N2O emission flux and cumulative emissions from vegetable soil treated with DCD and wood vinegar were determined.The results showed that 200 kg/hm^2 nitrogen fertilizer treatment increased the N2O cumulative emission by 9.3 times compared with the control treatment,reaching 539.04 ng/m^2,the N2O emission of dicyandiamide treatment was 20.3 ng/m^2,which was 96.3%lower than that of nitrogen treatment,the N2O emission of wood vinegar treatment was 549.31 ng/m^2,which was 1.8%higher than that of nitrogen treatment.The cumulative N2O emission of 400 kg/hm^2 nitrogen treatment was 43.5 ng/m^2,the N2O emission of dicyandiamide treatment was 12.9%lower than that of nitrogen treatment,the N2O emission of wood vinegar treatment was 37.3%higher than that of nitrogen treatment.The application of nitrogen fertilizer in vegetable soil can promote the emission of N2O in soil,but excessive nitrogen fertilizer will have an inhibitory effect.DCD can reduce the N2O emission flux and cumulative emissions with different nitrogen fertilizer amounts,while wood vinegar can slightly increase the N2O cumulative emissions.
