摘要
采用湿式破碎对废弃线路板回收有价金属进行了解离试验研究,考察了破碎时间、水流量、给料量三因素不同水平下,对颗粒破碎后的粒度分布规律,及对于易分选级别-1mm粒级下物料产率、总的金属产率及铜的品位的影响进行了分析,找出最佳的破碎时间、水流量和给料量。
using wet crushing to study the separation test of scrap circuit board recovered valuable metals,the distribution of particle size after particle crushing was investigated at different levels of three factors:breaking time,water flow rate and feed quantity.The effects of material yield,total metal yield and grade of copper under the easy sorting level of-1 mm grain were analyzed to find the best breaking time,water flow and feed amount.
