摘要
元认知指的是认知加工的知识与控制,是监控记忆策略选择与使用的方式,即元记忆。元记忆是主体关于记忆的知识和记忆管理,是一个极其主动的加工过程。元记忆影响记忆行为,使主体的记忆变得更加高效、解决复杂学习问题能力得以提高。元记忆是制定有效学习策略的基础理论。基于元记忆理论的学习策略包括知识策略、注重练习策略、精细加工策略、时间分配策略及组织策略。
Metacognition involves the knowledge of cognitive processing and control and its core function is to monitor the selection and application of memory strategies.Metamemory involves the knowledge of memory and regulation of memory,which is a course of processing.Metamemory influences memory behavior,enabling the subjects to memorize things more efficiently and improving their ability to solve complicated learning problems.Metamemory is the basic theory of developing efficient learning strategies.Learning strategy based on metamemory are knowledge strategy,practice strategy,fine processing strategy,time allocation strategy and organization strategy.
