摘要
从2009年校园足球运动在全国全面启动以来,各地、各校积极探索,校园足球运动取得了较好的成绩,但仍然存在校园足球人口数量不足、质量参差不齐,校园足球基础设施保障不足、分布不均,校园足球优质师资不足、补给困难,校园足球政策执行不力、效果欠佳等制约校园足球发展的因素。要推动校园足球长足发展,必须要增强校园足球管理者的宗旨意识,形成校园足球师资力量的教育合力,健全校园足球学生参与的激励机制,扩大校园足球场地设施的建设规模。
Since campus football was fully started throughout the country in 2009,all localities and schools have actively explored and achieved good results.However,there are still a series of factors that restrict the development of campus football,such as insufficient population,uneven quality,insufficient infrastructure,uneven distribution,insufficient quality teachers,difficult supply,ineffective implementation of campus football policies,and poor results.In order to promote the sustainable development of campus football,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of the purpose of the campus football managers,form a joint educational force of the campus football teachers,perfect the incentive mechanism for the participation of the campus football,and expand the construction scale of the campus football facilities.
