摘要
对2018年11月湖北省中医院肛肠科收治的1例出血性放射性结肠炎患者采用湿润烧伤膏保留灌肠联合自拟涩肠止血汤口服治疗,治疗第10天,患者便血症状完全消失并出院。出院后1个月随访,未见复发。
One patient with hemorrhagic radiation colitis admitted into the Anorectal Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM in November 2018 was treated with MEBO retention enema combined with the oral administration of hospital-prepared Sechang Zhixue decoction(one kind of traditional Chinese medicine).After ten days of treatment,the symptom of hemafecia disappeared completely and the patient was discharged from the hospital.The one-month follow-up after discharge observed no relapse.
