摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径护理对乳腺癌患者癌性疲乏与生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2017月3月100例于我院诊治乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予临床护理路径,统计分析两组患者癌性疲乏程度和生活质量。结果观察组癌性疲乏程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后躯体状况、社会和家庭状况、功能状况、情感状况及乳腺癌特异模块评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径联合共情式护理能有效改善乳腺癌患者癌性疲乏及生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing of clinical care pathway in cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of patients with breast cancer.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical care pathway based on this.The cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The degree of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical status,social and family status,functional status,emotional status and breast cancer specific module scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical care pathway combined with empathic nursing could effectively improve cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with breast cancer,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
