摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预对心肾综合征患者心肾功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年12月收治的心肾综合征患者80例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医护理干预,比较两组患者心、肾功能指标。结果观察组心、肾功能各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预应用于心肾综合征患者中,能有效改善其心肾功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on cardiorenal function in patients with cardiorenal syndrome.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with cardiorenal syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on the control group,and cardiac and renal function indexes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The cardiac and renal function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention could effectively improve cardiorenal function in patients with cardiorenal syndrome,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
