基于辊式调直理论的钢带调直影响因素分析

摘要 针对钢带调直效果差和调直因素多样化的问题,分析了辊式调直原理,对钢带调直过程中挠度、曲率和转角的变化进行了分析。建立了辊和辊之间的力学模型,推导了力学方程,得到了钢带调直过程中力学性能变化曲线,建立了钢带调直机整体三维模型,进行了整体有限元分析,得到了钢带调直过程中辊子与钢带之间的力的变化;针对调直过程中工作辊和工件均产生挠度变化这一特点,通过解析法得到了其变化规律;通过受力分析得到了三辊之间的转角变化规律;分析了压下量的大小对调直精度的影响,得到了接触点的变化轨迹。研究结果表明:挠度、转角和压下量的变化可以满足调直精度要求;仿真结果验证了影响参数的分析方法是合理的。 Aiming at the problem of poor straightening effect and diversification of straightening factors of steel strip, the principle of roller straightening was analyzed. During the process of straightening the steel strip, the changes of deflection, curvature and rotation angle were analyzed. Then,the mechanical model between the roller and the roller was established. Moreover, the mechanical equation was derived and the mechanical properties of the steel strip during the straightening process were obtained. The overall three-dimensional model of the steel strip straightening machine was carried out,the overall finite element analysis was carried out to obtain the change of the force between the roller and the steel belt in the straightening process of the steel belt. The deflection of work rolls and workpieces changes in straightening process,the law of change was obtained by analytic method. Through force analysis, the change rule of rotation angle between three rollers was obtained. Moreover, the influence of reduction on straightening accuracy was analyzed, and the trajectory of contact point was obtained. The results indicate that the variation of deflection, rotation angle and reduction meet the requirement of straightening accuracy. The simulation results show that the analysis of influencing parameters is reasonable.
