摘要
以回收高密度聚乙烯(r-PE-HD)和回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(r-PET)纤维为原料制备复合材料。r-PET纤维通过对回收涤纶织物和回收土工膜进行开松、打碎而制成。为了改善r-PE-HD和r-PET的相容性,添加相容剂马来酸酐接枝PE-HD(PE-HD-g-MAH)改善r-PE-HD和r-PET纤维之间的界面粘合性。使用差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、万能试验机和冲击试验机等研究复合材料的热性能和力学性能。结果表明,添加相容剂后,r-PE-HD与r-PET纤维之间的界面结合得到改善。当相容剂含量为10份时,以回收涤纶织物制备出的r-PET(r-PET1)纤维与r-PE-HD进行共混,复合材料界面结合性最好,拉伸强度和冲击强度最高;而当相容剂含量为7份时,用土工膜制备的r-PET(r-PET2)纤维与r-PE-HD进行共混,复合材料界面结合性最好,拉伸强度和冲击强度最高。在r-PE-HD/r-PET1体系中,当相容剂含量较高时,r-PE-HD的熔点和结晶温度均明显下降;而在r-PE-HD/r-PET2体系中,未加相容剂时r-PE-HD的熔点和结晶温度较纯r-PE-HD有明显下降,随后增加相容剂含量,熔点和结晶温度变化不大。
Composite materials were prepared with recycled high density polyethylene(r-PE-HD)and recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)(r-PET)fibers.The PET fibers were obtained by open-loosen and broken on the recycled fabric wastes and the recycled geomembrane.In order to improve the compatibility of r-PE-HD and r-PET fibers,the addition of PE-HD-g-MAH compatibilizer enhanced the interfacial adhesion between r-PE-HD and r-PET fibers.The thermal and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by using a differential scanning calorimeter,a thermogravimetric analyzer,a universal testing machine and impact testers and so on.The results show that the interface adhesion between r-PE-HD and r-PET fibers is improved after the addition of the compatibilizer.When the content of the compatibilizer is 10 phr,the r-PET(r-PET1)fibers are prepared by recycled fabric wastes and blended with r-PE-HD,the composite has the best interface adhesion,the highest tensile strength and impact strength.When the compatibilizer content is 7 phr,the r-PET(r-PET2)fibers are prepared by recycled geomembrane and blended with r-PE-HD,the composite has the best interface adhesion,the highest tensile strength and impact strength.When the compatibilizer content increases in the r-PE-HD/r-PET1 system,the melting point and crystallization temperature of r-PE-HD are significantly decreased,while in the r-PE-HD/r-PET2 system without adding the compatibilizer,the melting point and crystallization temperature of r-PE-HD are significantly decreased compared with those of pure r-PE-HD,and then increasing the compatibilizer content,the melting point and crystallization temperature don’t change much.
