摘要
用自制的聚合硅酸铝铁-海藻酸钠复合絮凝剂对草编漂染废水进行物化处理,结果表明效果优于PAC和硫酸亚铁.物化处理中复合絮凝剂最佳投加量为2‰,CODCr和TP的去除率分别达到45.02%和99.92%.物化处理水样酸化后经过72 h的生化处理,CODCr和氨氮的去除率分别达到84.56%和89%,经过深度处理后水质中CODCr为42 mg/L、TP为0.005 mg/L、SS为7 mg/L、NH3-N为11 mg/L、色度为8倍,各项指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A限值要求.
Physicochemical treatment of straw bleaching and dyeing wastewater with polymeric aluminum ferric silicate-sodium alginate composite flocculant is better than PAC and ferrous sulfate.The addition of 2‰composite flocculant is the optimum dosage in the physicochemical treatment,and the removal rates of CODCrand TP are 45.02%and 99.92%,respectively.After physicochemical treatment,the water samples are biochemically treated for 72 hours,and the removal rates of CODCrand ammonia nitrogen are 84.56%and 89%,respectively.After deep treatment,the water quality CODCris 42 mg/L,TP is 0.005 mg/L,SS is 7 mg/L,NH3-N is 11 mg/L,and the chromaticity is 8 times,the indicators can meet the requirements of the Class A emission standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002).
