摘要
在电网输电线路施工、改造、常规定检、调试时,需要在线路检修前后对接地线进行装拆,才能有效保证作业人员和电力设施的安全。目前,针对拆装接地线的方法有很多,但大多程序繁琐、效率低下且容易出错。而且输电线路中同杆多回、高空作业空间有限和验电困难等不利因素较多,在作业过程中容易误拆、装接地线,从而引起触电、带接地线合闸等恶性事故。文章针对输电线路工作挂接地线误操作的安全问题,提出了一些有效的解决方法及防范措施,能够降低上述风险、保障施工人员及电网安全、提高工作效率。
In the construction,transformation,routine inspection and debugging of power transmission lines,it is necessary to assemble and disassemble the grounding wires before and after line maintenance in order to effectively guarantee the safety of operators and power facilities.At present,there are many ways to disassemble and assemble grounding wires,but most of them are cumbersome,inefficient and error-prone.At the same time,there are many unfavorable factors in the transmission line,such as multiple trips on the same pole,limited working space at high altitude and difficulty in checking electricity.It is easy to dismantle and install grounding wires in the process of operation,resulting in vicious accidents such as electric shock and closing with grounding wires.In this paper,aiming at the safety problem of misoperation of transmission line working hanging grounding wire,some effective solutions and preventive measures were put forward,which couldreduce the above risks,ensure the safety of construction personnel and power grid,and improve work efficiency.
