摘要
为保障电网安全运行,必须对配网线路合环时冲击电流大小进行详细分析和先验计算。目前国内外一般采用建立等值模型方式进行计算,其模型构架,参数设置等均与实际电网存在一定偏差,且无法对当前潮流情况进行考虑,同时该类方法对网架结构复杂的电网不能进行有效分析,因此无法满足实际需求。本文基于智能电网调度控制系统(D5000)配网合环计算分析功能,能够实现任一规模电网下的配网合环电流实时计算,提高了电网抗风险能力,当出现紧急状况时,能为配网合环操作提供理论依据和应对措施。建立10k V线路合环操作跨110k V、220k V电压等级两种典型模型,计算合环稳态电流和瞬时最大冲击电流,同时与实际测量值进行对比分析,验证该功能的计算的准确性和实用性。
In order to ensure the safe operation of the power grid, it is necessary to make a detailed analysis and a priori calculation of the magnitude of the impulse current when the distribution lines are closed. At present, the method of establishing equivalent model is generally used to calculate at home and abroad. There are some deviations between the model framework and parameters setting of the model and the actual power grid, and the current power flow situation can not be considered. At the same time, this kind of method can not effectively analyze the complex grid structure, so it can not meet the actual demand. Based on the function of D5000, this paper can realize the real-time calculation of closing-loop current of distribution network in any scale of power grid, and improve the anti-risk ability of power grid. When emergencies occur, it can provide theoretical basis and response measures for closing-loop operation of distribution network. Two typical models of closing operation of 10 k V transmission lines spanning 110 k V and 220 k V voltage levels are established to calculate the steady-state current and instantaneous maximum impulse current of closing operation. At the same time, the accuracy and practicability of the calculation of this function are verified by comparing with the actual measured values.
