摘要
目的研究阿帕替尼联合卡培他滨对晚期胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将入组的66例晚期胃癌患者分为两组,分别记为对照组和观察组,均33例。对照组患者给予卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂方案化疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿帕替尼治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总缓解率为42.4%,疾病控制率为72.7%,均明显高于对照组的18.2%和42.4%,两者之间的差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者均未发生严重的副反应,整个实验期间无停药或减药。观察组患者手足综合征、胃肠道反应及高血压的发生率虽然均稍高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者骨髓抑制副反应的发生率为60.6%,明显高于对照组的48.5%,虽两组患者骨髓抑制反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但观察组高于对照组。结论阿帕替尼联合卡培他滨对晚期胃癌的治疗有一定的临床效果,可适用于临床。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Apatinib combined with Capecitabine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 66 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups by random number table method. They were divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Capecitabine combined with Oxaliplatin regimen chemotherapy, while patients in the observation group were treated with Apatinib on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total remission rate and disease control rate in the observation group were 42.4% and 72.7% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(21.2% and 45.5%). There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). No serious side effects occurred in the two groups, and no drug withdrawal or reduction occurred during the whole experiment. The incidence of hand-foot syndrome, gastrointestinal reaction and hypertension in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but it was not significant(P>0.05);the incidence of bone marrow suppression side effects in the observation group was 60.6%, significantly higher than that in the control group, 48.5%, the difference was significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Appatinib combined with Capecitabine has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, which can be applied to clinical practice.
