摘要
档案法治建设是档案事业发展的重要保证,文章从档案法治的内涵出发,简单阐述了档案法治建设的必要性,接下来又分析了目前档案法治建设过程中的问题和解决对策,最后说明档案法治建设的目标和档案法治建设应达到的效果。
The construction of the rule of law is an important guarantee of archives development.The paper begins with the connotation of archives rule of law,briefly explains the necessity of the construction of the rule of law,and then analyzes the problems and solutions in the process of archival law construction.,and finally pointed out the targets and effect of archives construction of rule of law.
