摘要
高校图书馆作为大学的第二课堂,是高校文化育人、环境育人的重要基地,在学校人才培养过程中发挥不可或缺的作用。结合文献资源建设、读者服务、信息素养培养、数据分析、阅读推广以及空间改造等工作实践,探索图书馆助力学校人才培养的工作途径和方式,以及对未来发展的新思考。
As the second classroom of university,the university library is an important base for culture and environment education,and plays an indispensable role in the process of talent cultivation.Based on the practice of literature resources construction,reader service,information literacy training,data analysis,reading promotion and space transformation,the ways and means of library assisting university personnel training were explored,as well as new thinking on future development.
