摘要
目的分析阴式与腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除对良性卵巢肿瘤的治疗效果、并发症率的影响。方法抽取该院2017年9月—2019年1月期间收治的86例患者(良性卵巢肿瘤),随机分组,研究组(43例;经阴道手术治疗)和对照组(43例;腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术),治疗后,比较两组的手术临床指标(手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间)、并发症情况、镇痛药物使用情况。结果治疗后,研究组的手术时间为(37.75±4.21)min、术后排气时间为(11.27±2.16)h、住院时间为(3.17±2.56)d,均短于对照组(49.66±5.72)min、(13.45±2.31)h、(5.65±3.35)d(t=10.996、4.520、3.857,P=0.000、0.000、0.000),但两组术中出血量研究组为(32.05±4.64)mL,对照组为(31.16±3.25)mL,差异无统计学意义(t=1.030,P=0.306);并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组11.63%,但两组数据差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.400,P=0.237);镇痛药物使用率为11.63%,低于对照组32.56%(χ^2=5.472,P=0.019)。结论相比于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,阴式卵巢囊肿剥除术对良性卵巢肿瘤的治疗效果更显著,并发症发生率更低,临床价值更高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of vaginal and laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision on the treatment and complication rate of benign ovarian tumors.Methods 86 patients(benign ovarian tumors)admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group(43 cases;vaginal surgery)and control group(43 cases;laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy).In addition to surgery,after treatment,the clinical indicators of the two groups(surgery time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time),complications,and analgesic drug use were compared.Results After treatment,the operation time of the study group was(37.75±4.21)min,the postoperative exhaust time was(11.27±2.16)h,and the hospitalization time was(3.17±2.56)d,which was shorter than the control group(49.66±5.72)min,(13.45±2.31)h,(5.65±3.35)d(t=10.996,4.520,3.857,P=0.000,0.000,0.000),but the difference in intraoperative blood loss was not statistically significant between the two groups,the study group was(32.05±4.64)mL,control group(31.16±3.25)mL,and the difference was no statistical significance(t=1.030,P=0.306);complication rate was 4.65%lower than control group 11.63%,but the difference between the two groups,no statistical significance(χ^2=1.400,P=0.237);analgesic drug use rate of 11.63%lower than the control group 32.56%(χ^2=5.472,P=0.019).Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,vaginal ovarian cystectomy has a more significant effect on benign ovarian tumors,lower complication rate,higher clinical value,and worthy of promotion.
