摘要
目的探讨10%盐水冰袋低温物理治疗方法应用于桡骨骨折患者早期镇痛、消肿中的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的50例桡骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各25例。对照组患者在伤后72 h内给予常规护理,并对患肢进行冰敷加压处理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上将一般冰敷换为10%盐水冰袋冰敷。比较两组患者的护理前及护理24、48、72 h后的疼痛评分[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]、护理后的总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果24、48、72 h后,两组患者的VAS评分均低于本组护理前,且护理相同时间后,实验组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于普通冰袋低温物理治疗方法,10%盐水冰袋低温物理治疗方法运用于桡骨骨折患者早期镇痛、消肿中,具有更高的治疗总有效率,能够更好地缓解患者的疼痛感,且无严重的不良反应发生,值得在临床中应用推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature physical therapy with 10%saline ice pack on early analgesia and swelling in patients with radius fractures.Methods A total of 50 patients with radius fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care within 72 h after injury,and the affected limbs were treated with ice compress and pressure treatment.On the basis of routine nursing,the patients in the experimental group changed the general ice compress to 10%saline ice pack ice compress.Patients in the experimental group were changed from general ice compress to 10%saline ice pack ice compress on the basis of routine care.Before and 24,48 and 72 h after nursing,the pain scores(visual analegue scale[VAS]),the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results At 24,48 and 72 h after nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before the nursing,and after the same time of nursing,the VAS scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the ordinary ice bag low temperature physical therapy,the 10%saline ice bag low temperature physical therapy is applied to the early analgesia and detumescence of radial fracture patients,has higher total effective rate of treatment,can better relieve the pain of patients,has no serious adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
