摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院治疗的50例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,依据随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。观察两组治疗效果、治疗依从性及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的64.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哭闹次数少于对照组,安静睡眠时间长于对照组,体重增加值高于对照组,黄疸下降值大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光照射治疗期行舒适护理,可提高治疗效果,提高治疗依从性,减少不良反应发生率,且在哭闹次数、安静睡眠时间、体重增加值、黄疸下降值方面,均有较好改善。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 50 neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The curative effect,treatment compliance,adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 64.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of crying in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quiet sleep time was longer than that in the control group,the weight gain of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the decrease of jaundice was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing during blue light irradiation treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can improve the therapeutic effect,improve treatment compliance,reduce adverse reactions,and have better improvement in the number of crying,quiet sleep time,body weight gain and jaundice decline.
