摘要
目的探讨整体护理干预在胸腔积液患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年11月我院收治的86例胸腔积液患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各43例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取整体护理干预。比较分析两组患者的护理效果、脱管率、引流效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的总满意度高于对照组,脱管率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的积液消失时间、引流时间短于对照组,每日引流量多于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腔积液患者采取整理护理干预,可有效减少并发症,降低脱管率,增强引流效果,并可提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of holistic nursing intervention on complications and rate of catheter detachment in patients with pleural effusion treated by central venous catheter drainage.Methods A total of 86 cases of pleural effusion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing intervention.The nursing effect,rate of tube detachment,drainage effect and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the tubal detachment rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time and drainage time of the effusion after intervention in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the volume daily drainage was more than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention of central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion can effectively reduce complications and the rate of tube detachment.
