摘要
目的:研制一种新型的酶洗灌流装置,以解决内镜清洗消毒困难的问题。方法:该装置由多酶原液桶盖、Y型三通接头、单向止回阀、树脂医疗快速接头(SPC-06PHB、SPC-06SH)及医用内镜清洗直通接头组成。选择合适管径的硅胶管与Y型三通管连接形成2个通路,利用止回阀的单向导通性,一路设置为出液口,另一路设为进液口,分别安装于内镜清洗槽与原装酶洗桶内,再用注射器抽吸配比所需的酶液量,推注注射器,将酶液释放至清洗槽。结果:该装置缩短了初洗时间,防止了酶液的逆流,减少了多酶清洗剂的浪费,避免了酶液的污染,提高了工作人员的工作效率和满意度,达到了内镜的清洗消毒效果。结论:新型酶洗灌流装置取材方便、制作简单、成本低、操作简单,具有较好的清洗消毒效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To develop a new type of enzyme washing and perfusion device to facilitate the cleaning of the endoscope.Methods The device consisted of a barrelhead for multi enzyme solution,a Y-shaped three-way connector,a one-way check valve,resin medical quick connector(SPC-06PHB,SPC-06SH)and a straight connector for medical endoscope cleaning.Two channels were formed by linking the silicone rubber tube with appropriate diameter to the Y-shaped three-way pipe,of which,one channel was set as the liquid outlet and the other as the liquid inlet.The liquid outlet and inlet were respectively installed in the endoscope cleaning tank and enzyme washing barrel.One syringe was used to aspirate the enzyme solution and then injected it into the cleaning tank.Results The device shortened the initial cleaning time,prevented the reverse flow of enzyme solution,reduced the waste of multi enzyme solution,avoided the pollution of the enzyme solution,improved the working efficiency and satisfaction of staff,and realized the cleaning and sterilization of the endoscope.Conclusion The device gains advantages in raw materials,manufacture,cost,operation and cleaning efficacy,and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
