摘要
研究了烟草生产废气排放对异味气体处理设备选择的影响,分析了生物滤池设备处理流程、文丘里交叉流洗池设备处理流程和低温等离子体设备处理流程,在完成处理后,通过生物滤池设备、文丘里交叉流洗池设备和低温等离子体设备对异味气体进行控制。为检测研究效果,设计了实验,结果表明,烟草生产废气排放对异味气体处理设备选择会造成一定影响,烟草生产废气排放量越多,异味气体处理选择的设备越多,烟草生产废气排放量越少,异味气体处理选择的设备越少。
The traditional odor gas treatment equipment has poor treatment ability,and the treatment effect is difficult to achieve satisfactory results.In view of the above problems,the influence of tobacco production exhaust emissions on the selection of odor gas treatment equipment was studied,and the treatment process of biological filter equipment,Venturi cross-flow scrubber equipment and low temperature plasma equipment were analyzed.After the treatment,the biological filter equipment and Venturi cross-flow scrubber were used.Equipment and cryogenic plasma equipment are used to control odorous gases.In order to test the effect of research,experiments were designed.The results showed that the emission of waste gas from tobacco production would affect the selection of odor gas treatment equipment.The more emissions from tobacco production,the more equipment for odor gas treatment,the less emissions from tobacco production and the less equipment for odor gas treatment.
