摘要
绿色信贷作为实现“既要金山银山,也要绿水青山”的重要抓手,其碳减排效果如何?传导路径是什么?运用中国23个省、市、自治区2006年-2015年的面板数据,实证检验绿色信贷的碳减排效应、传导路径与相关区域差异性。研究发现:(1)绿色信贷对降低碳排放强度具有积极作用;(2)绿色信贷通过高新技术企业的研发投入这一传导路径促进碳减排;(3)东部地区绿色信贷的减排效果最佳,西部次之,中部最弱,同时相应传导路径在东部地区表现明显,中部地区尚未形成。
Green credit is an important step for realizing economic development without damaging the enviroment.This paper discusses the concept and methods of realizing carbon reduction.Data from 23 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China from 2006 to 2015 were used to empirically test the carbon emission reduction effect and explain the conduction path of green credit and relevant regional differences.The study that green credit has a positive effect on reducing carbon intensity.Green credit can play a positive role in carbon emission reduction through the transmission path of high-tech enterprises R&D investment.Green credit in the eastern region has the best emission reduction effect,followed by the western region and the weakest central region.At the same time,the corresponding conduction path is evident in the eastern region,and the central region has not yet formed.
