Research Advances on miRNA Associated with Rice Yield and Adverse Stresses

摘要 miRNA(mircoRNA)是一类内源性的非编码RNA,它广泛存在于生物基因间或内含子区域,由RNA聚合酶Ⅱ或Ⅲ转录产生,在转录和转录后水平负调控基因的表达和翻译,其对植物的激素分泌、生长发育、胁迫应答、信号转导有重要影响。文章对miRNA在水稻产量、生物胁迫和非生物胁迫方面的研究进展进行了综述,以期为水稻育种提供参考。 MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA, which widely exists between genes or in intron regions. It is produced by RNA polymerase II or III transcription. It negatively regulates the expression and translation of genes at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. miRNA has important effects on plant hormone synthesis, growth and development, stress response, and signal transduction. In this article, the research progresses of mi RNA related to rice yield, biotic and abiotic stresses were reviewed so as to provide theoretical support for rice breeding.
