摘要
本研究以优质米品种‘南粳46’为母本、早熟香粳品种‘广陵香粳’为父本,通过杂交、回交并结合分子标记辅助选择进行聚合育种。分别利用香味等位基因badh2-E7的功能标记和低直链淀粉含量基因Wx-mq的功能标记对分离世代进行标记检测,聚合badh2和Wx-mq基因,再结合田间选育、直链淀粉含量测定和香味检测,育成早熟优质香稻新品种‘沪早香软1号’。为打造上海地产优质大米品牌提供了优良的早熟新品种,具有广阔的应用前景。
We crossed female parent ‘Nangeng46’,a japonica rice variety with high quality,and ‘Guanglingxianggeng’a japonica rice variety with early-maturity and fragrance.Polymerization breeding was carried out by hybridization,backcrossing and molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS).Using two functional markers co-segregated with the fragrant badh2 and the low amylose gene Wx-mq respectively,the separated generation was detected and the two genes were polymerized.Combining with the field breeding,amylose content determination and fragrance determination,a japonica rice variety named ‘Huzaoxiangruan1’with early-maturity,high quality,and fragrance was bred.It provides a new high quality early maturity japonica rice variety for Shanghai to build the real estate high quality rice brand,and it has the broad application prospect.
