摘要
通过分析民用航空运输机场选址的涉及因素,归纳总结了民用机场选址的指标因素,并且按照因素重要性和选址时间序,将影响机场选址的因素分为重大飞行安全因素、潜在运行安全因素和经济因素.在考虑动态性评估指标的基础上,构建了基于关键要素的成都第二机场时序选址模型.随后收集备选地址的相关信息,利用matlab的基本函数库,给出了相应的计算结果,表明了选择成都市高新区芦葭镇的合理性,进而说明模型的适用性和推广性.
By analyzing the location selection problem of civil air transport airport,the index factors of the location selection problem of civil air transport airport are summarized,and these factors are divided into major flight safety factors,potential operation safety factors and economic factors according to the importance and time sequence of factors.On the basis of dynamic evaluation index,a timing location model of Chengdu second airport based on key elements is constructed.Then the relevant information of alternative address is collected,and the corresponding calculation results axe given by using the basic function library of matlab,which shows the rationality of selecting Lujia Town in Chengdu High-tech Zone,and then explains the applicability and generalization of the model.
