摘要
为掌握高压并联电抗器的振动特性及声功率级确定方法,在分析电抗器本体振动产生机理的基础上,分别采用声压、声强和振动法测量并讨论了电抗器的声功率级特性,明确了电抗器的振动频谱及分布规律,提出了电抗器噪声预测计算的声源参数。结果表明,电抗器本体振动以100 Hz基频为主,各面的振动分布差别较大,振动加速度与运行电压线性相关;声压法测量得到电抗器声功率级为96.4~101.2 dB,相比声强法大2~6 dB,可作为变电站噪声计算的声源参数。
In order to grasp the vibration characteristics and the method of determining the sound power level of high-voltage shunt reactors,based on the analysis of the mechanism of reactor vibration,we measured and discussed the sound power level characteristics of the reactor by using sound pressure,sound intensity,and vibration methods.Moreover,we determined the vibration spectrum and distribution of the reactor,and proposed the sound source parameters of the reactor noise prediction calculation.The results show that the vibration of the reactor is dominated by the fundamental frequency of 100 Hz,and the distribution of vibration on each side is quite different.In addition,the vibration acceleration of the reactor is linearly related to the operating voltage.The sound power level of the reactor is measured to be 96.4 to 101.2 dB.Compared with the sound intensity method,it is 2~6 dB larger,which can be used as sound source parameters for substation noise calculation.
