摘要
目的了解社会体育指导与管理专业学生健康素养现状,为高校有效开展健康促进和健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样方法对135名在校社会体育指导与管理专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果社会体育指导与管理专业学生健康素养水平是28.89%,其中具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能的比例分别为45.19%、29.63%和25.19%。具备7类健康问题素养的比例由高到低分别为传染病防治素养62.96%、安全与急救素养61.48%、科学健康观59.26%、科学就医48.89%、慢性病防治37.04%、健康信息30.37%、基本医疗21.48%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示年级是健康素养的影响因素。结论社会指导与管理专业学生健康素养水平一般,高校应当以行为改变为目的,重点针对慢性病防治、健康信息、基本医疗等健康素养薄弱环节开展干预活动。
Objective To understand the current health literacy status among undergraduate students of social sports guidance and management, so as to provide reference and suggestions for universities to develop health promotion and health education. Methods Totally 135 undergraduate students of social sports guidance and management were selected by using cluster sampling method and were investigated with questionnaire. Results Total rate of health literacy of social sports guidance and management students was 28.89%, the proportion of having basic concept of knowledge and accomplishment, a healthy lifestyle and behavior, and health skills were 45.19%, 29.63%and 25.19%, respectively. The proportion of population having health literacy in seven aspects as infectious disease prevention, safety and first aid, scientific attitude towards health, scientific attitude towards medical treatment, chronic disease prevention, health information literacy and basic medical care were 62.96%, 61.48%, 59.26%, 48.89%, 37.04%,30.37% and 21.48%, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that grade was the main influencing factor of health literacy in students of social sports guidance and management. Conclusion The health literacy of social sports guidance and management students is on insufficient level, especially on chronic disease prevention,health information literacy and basic medical care. With the purpose of behavior change, universities should be made intervention to address this issue, especially focus on the weak links of health literacy.
