摘要
提出采用桁架龙骨的新型波纹钢板覆面冷弯型钢龙骨式复合墙体,旨在将冷弯型钢龙骨式复合墙体由低层住宅推广到多层住宅中。首先,通过已有波纹钢板覆面龙骨式复合墙体抗剪试验研究数据与数值模拟结果进行比较分析,证明龙骨式复合墙体在精细化建模下非线性有限元分析方法的正确性。然后,在已建立的有限元模型基础上,开展新型墙体抗剪性能数值模拟分析和研究,比较新型墙体与传统龙骨式复合墙体的异同。最后,通过参数化分析,得出一系列抗剪性能参数,并以此为依据提出设计建议。
A new type of cold-formed steel keel composite walls were proposed,aiming at extending the cold-formed steel keel composite walls in low-rise residential to multilayer residential.Firstly,through the comparative analysis of the existing corrugated steel plate keel composite walls between the shear test data and the numerical simulation results,elaborate nonlinear finite element model was verified.Based on the established finite element model,the numerical simulation analysis and research of shear performance of the new cold-formed steel keel composite walls were carried out.Finally,through a further detailed parameter analysis,a series of shear performance parameters were obtained,and some design suggestions were proposed.
