摘要
目的:观察刺络拔罐放血疗法治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效方法:采用前瞻性、随机、单盲、对照的方法,将2017年7月至2018年1月在江西中医药大学附属医院接受治疗的186例湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组在一般治疗基础上采用刺络拔罐放血疗法,对照组在一般治疗基础上采用针刺疗法,隔日1次,共治疗5次。观察两组治疗前后血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿酸(UA)水平、疼痛程度及整体疗效评价。结果:治疗后治疗组较对照组疼痛程度、疗效整体评价明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),ESR、CRP、UA无显著差异。两组均未出现严重不良事件。结论:刺络拔罐放血疗法治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎可有效改善疼痛程度。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of pricking, cupping and blood letting therapy in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat syndrome. Methods: Using a prospective, randomized, single-blind and controlled method, 186 patients with acute gouty arthritis in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of general treatment, the treatment group were administrated with pricking, cupping and blood letting therapy, the control group was treated with acupuncture. Both of the two groups were treated once every other day for 5 times. To observe erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, serum uric acid level, pain degree and overall efficacy evaluation before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, compared with the control group, the overall evaluation of pain degree and curative effect in the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.01, P<0.05);there was no significant difference in erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein and uric acid levels between the two groups. There were no serious adverse events in both groups. Conclusion: Pricking, cupping and blood letting therapy for acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat syndrome can effectively improve the degree of pain.
