摘要
介绍了绿色建筑设计要点和绿色化设计策略体系,该体系依照实际工程项目流程,分阶段提出相应的设计理念、支撑软件和设计方法,方便一线建筑师、工程师、项目负责人及项目经理等多方参与者的了解与应用,总结各阶段实施的技术策略,分析各技术策略的适用范围及应用流程,指导绿色建筑设计工作。并以广华新城住区配套综合体项目为例,通过形象实时模拟与生态环境模拟系统相配合,以数据化的形式反映人在其中的真实感受,强调地域化与人性化设计策略,试图改变靠技术堆砌的绿色建筑发展现状,以设计实践引导绿色创新发展。
This article aims to introduce the key points of green building design and the strategy system of green design. According to the actual progress of the construction project, the corresponding design concepts, supporting software and design methods would be proposed in phases by this system, simultaneously, the architects,engineers, project managers from different departments and institutions would benefit from this system to better understanding and application. These participants could summarize the technical strategy implemented in each stage, analyze the applicable scope and application process of each technical tactics, and guide the green building design. Taking the residential complex project of Guanghua Xincheng as an example, the combination of realtime simulation with ecological environment simulation system would be recorded by data form to reflect people’s feelings and emphasize design strategy of regionalization and humanization. The situation of green building development only by technology stacking has been a problem demanding prompt solution, only design practice could accelerate green innovation-driven development.
