摘要
基于公路工程BOT+EPC工程总承包项目与传统施工承包项目在组织模式与资源整合上的不同特点,从EPC总承包人的角度介绍项目实施阶段设计与施工相关的技术管理工作内容、管理措施与注意事项,提出加强项目设计与施工环节协调性的管理措施。
Based on the different characteristics of the organization model and resource integration between BOT+EPC project general contracting projects and traditional construction contracting project for highway engineering,from the perspective of EPC general contractor,this paper introduces the content,management measures and matters needing attention of technical management related to design and construction in the implementation stage of the project,and puts forward management measures to strengthen the coordination between design and construction links of the project.
