摘要
生物安全实验室整个房间有严格的洁净度和严密性要求,在负压环境下生物安全实验室的防护尤为重要。生物安全实验室的顶棚、墙面采用钢筋混凝土结构墙或板与聚氨酯涂料面层作为安全实验室的防护屏障。论文通过对某生物安全实验室聚氨酯涂料施工过程中材料选择、基层处理和喷涂等细部工序做法进行质量控制,最终达到生物安全实验室洁净度、严密性的要求。
The whole room of biosafety laboratory has strict requirements of cleanliness and tightness,and the protection of biosafety laboratory under negative pressure environment is particularly important.The roof and wall of the biosafety laboratory adopt reinforced concrete structure wall or plate and polyurethane coating surface as the protective barrier.In this paper,through the quality control of material selection,base treatment and spraying in the construction process of polyurethane coating in a biosafety laboratory,the requirements of cleanliness and tightness of the biosafety laboratory are finally achieved.
